Napoli`s Pizza & Pasta in Garland

Napoli's is the best Italian restaurant that I have been in years. Starts the restaurant was very warming inviting. The staff was extremely attentive and professional. The owner came and checked on us several times and that's always refreshing. He is created a pleasant atmosphere with extremely pleasurable cuisine. The menu has a wide variety of dishes that are food allergy friendly. Thank you for a very delightful experience and delicious food. Patrick Griffin.

Good conversation place if you go in the off hours. Roomy atmosphere, tables weren't on top of each other so you felt comfortable socializing. We found a nice spot to catch up and the girls were great. Food was hot and leftovers will be enjoyed.

We love coming here when we're craving Italian. The food is always excellent, the prices are good, and the staff is friendly. The owner is almost always there going table to table making sure everything is great!

Pizza stone cold. Chicken Parmigiana burnt, dried out. Not much spaghetti or sauce. Garlic rolls not fresh had stale day old taste and lacked the normal garlic buttery flavor. Tiramisu, well just look at the picture. Not impressed and will not be back.

I simply liked their dishes. I always get excellent customer service here. The place is always clean and the employees are always super friendly. Will visit here again.

Napoli’s delivered a delicious hot meal! We have missed one of our local favorite places to dine due to COVID. We decided to try Napoli’s delivery (Wylie) for our anniversary and were absolutely thrilled at the quality and delivery time! Thank you Napoli’s!!!

The resteraunt is very good! We have been eating here for years! My mother ordered and picked up recently and for the first time they messed up and gave us plain Alfredo. Talked to the owner. He was nice, replaced it right away with the correct order! Everything is good on the menu!

From delivery to dine in Napoli's always has the best service, quality of food, and smiling faces. Napoli's has maintained their level of excellence all through out the Covid-19 epidemic. These are great people making great food. I highly recommend any of their dishes but their Pizza is especially the bomb. It's got the perfect dough for the crust and layers of cheese on the sauce. We usually order a Large cheese and BBQ chicken pizza and can eat on it for two days hahah! Already looking forward to my next order!

I’m not from this area but stopped here without knowing anything about this place. I was pleasantly surprised with a very nice place. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. They have very good prices where I can afford to take my family out. We had the pizza and it was just great. Good stuff.

Love Napolis! Or at least the one by my house. Gino the owner is a real a stand up guy who has a relationship with his patrons. House dressing is amazing and i tried to get him to bottle and sell it, but he's said he's not in that business lol. Fair enough, but it's still almost good enough to drink. Almost.

We had a big family lunch at Napoli’s in Wylie today and it was a great experience!!! We had a large group and had really great service....and that isn’t always the case considering our demanding bunch! Lol! The garlic knots (served with marinara) were delicious!!! We also munched on appetizers (mozzarella sticks, stuff mushrooms and calamari) were all yummy and even the kids enjoyed (I’m picky when it comes to calamari and it was amazing)! Our meals ranged from pastas and pizzas to chicken amd veal and I only heard good things!! It was all pretty delicious!! We ordered a couple slices of chocolate cake that we shared and ate too quickly to remember to take pics!! Everything was very reasonably priced as well!! We will for sure be back...it’s a great family option, date night spot, or even nice for a little take out!!

Y'all, the food is scrum-didly-umptious! My favorite pizza place (and Italian food place as a whole). One thing I'd be prepared for, however, is they do get busy. Plan your order ahead of time because this is a popular place. Especially on holidays! I also want to applaud the owner, who puts in his own time at the restaurant and truly strives to make every guest/customer feel like they're important.

Oh my goodness. Food, staff, and atmosphere were awesome. I had a Seafood Combo, shrimp, clams, scallops over pasta. Was cooked perfectly. We will be back.

The owner of this place is hands on. I always order the “Chicken Murphy”..not on the menu any more but The owner or employees that’s been there a while say “no problem we will make it”. It’s the best! Villa vinci tried to copy it but it’s just not the same. Their house salad dressing is amazing! I love their customer service, cleanliness, and most of all great Italian food! Thanks crew for doing such a great job!

Upon walking in, it seemed clean and cozy. Staff was friendly as was the manager. However it was a pretty slow night and we were not offered drink refills. My daughter loved her chicken Alfredo pizza and my son liked the kids spaghetti. I ordered the Greek salad and the lettuce seemed a bit wilted. The stuffed mushroom appetizer was drowned in red sauce, had a fishy taste, not at all what I am used to so I wasn't a fan. I also ordered the lobster bisque soup and it tasted fishy as well. And it did not have a fresh flavor. It had an odd taste like something frozen or possibly out of a can. I couldn't really decide but needless to say I did not eat it. For the price point, the food tasted very processed and not as fresh as I had hoped for based on other reviews. Overall the atmosphere was welcoming but I am not a fan of the food quality. It is safe to say we will probably not be back.

Ordered the lobster ravioli and was not disappointed. However, it would have helped if Karen from Sunday school had not shown up with her husband as soon as I got my meal. As soon as Karen started talking, I turned around and shoved her head into my meal. Some may call it a meal waster, but nothing is more funny than seeing Karen with chunks of lobster falling out of her hair. 5 stars, would highly recommend.

Gino is a very hospitable host and he always treats us like family. The staff is very cordial and professional. The steak is surprisingly very delicious and comprable to the best of steakhouses. The alfredo sauce is very fresh,rich, and creamy.The pizza is very good.The ambiance is serene and elegant. The menu is modestly priced making it family affordable. The chicken parmesan rivals any in the world. A great place to experience great Italian food!

The lobster ravioli was delicious but a little on the salty side and the spaghetti noodles looking watery. Over all we had great service and the staff was very polite and friendly. We will definitely come back again.

Love Napolis, it is our go to pizza place. The pizza is just how we like it. Crispy crust throughout the pizza and not overly greasy. The rolls and marinara sauce is decadent. We normally take out but their dining service is great as well.
